Product Description: GreenPan Venice Pro Saucepans are ideal for both cooking and reheating. The high straight sides and smaller surface area help retain moisture and limit evaporation. The stainless steel lid helps retain heat and moisture while cooking and prior to serving. GreenPan cookware features a nonstick ceramic coating called Thermolon, reinforced with diamonds for added performance, durability, and resilience. Thermolon is made from a sand derivative, without the use of PFOA or PFAS. It conducts heat well, so your pan reaches the desired temperature sooner and at a lower heat setting. The cooking surface is reinforced for maximum strength and scratch resistance. The nonstick ceramic coating allows you to cook with less butter or oil and without sticking. The GreenPan Venice Pro collection is made from multilayer stainless steel, and the exterior surface is reinforced with Evershine. The interior cooking surface is coated with Thermolon Minerals Pro and is safe for use with metal utensils. The lid is made from glass and stainless steel. The handle is made from stainless steel and securely attached with rivets. Cookware is oven safe to 600F, lid is oven safe to 420F. Dishwasher safe, hand wash recommended.
