How Do I Place An Order?

We currently offer direct online shopping and you can call any of the stores or email us at info@bdcliving.com to place an order with your credit/debit card.

Pricing

All pricing listed on this site excludes VAT.

 

Payment 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Direct Deposits or Wire Transfers.

Layaway

Our layaway terms are 33% Deposit and the final balance payable within 30 Days

 

Delivery

Deliveries cost $50.00 in New Providence and are generally scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Deliveries above the ground floor without the use of a lift attract additional fees.

Delivery to the dock for our family island customers is on Monday and Wednesday and is free of charge.

 

Shipping

Shipping to the family islands can be arranged however customers should arrange these details and we will get the order to the boat of their choice.

Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for the collection of product from the mailboat dock on arrival or any damages that may incur as a result of poor handling on behalf of the mailboat.

Returns & Refunds

We are happy to provide a store credit for returned items (within 2 business days from purchase). Only items returned within the same day can be fully refunded subject to it being returned in its original packaging with the valid receipt for proof of purchase.

 

If a small appliance is faulty from the manufacturer, the product must be returned to BDC Living within 7 days of purchase for a replacement or a refund.
